So I have a couple issues:
First, I have been fitted before but when sitting in the aero position, I feel a little cramped towards my hips. My seat height and distance from my bars is correct but I feel as if there is some restriction to where my hips can extend. I guess I’m trying to say that I think my hip angle is closed. Would some larger spacers help this?
Also, a few weeks ago, I was supplementing some meals with smoothies (juicing). I felt I could lose a couple pounds or basically just needed to cleanse the system of some of the heavier stuff I had been eating. Not full on juicing. Anyways, from there on, just about every meal from there on has produced stomach pains and other fun stuff. Anyone have some experience with this or know what’s going on? I feel as if I have some food sensitivity issues going on and just might have to go see the doc about it. To me, it just sounds silly.
