Has anyone fit a 59cm Tri bike (with wheels, etc) into either the Tri All 3 Sports Clamshell case or the Trico Ironcase? The all3 says it’s only good for 57cm but the dimensions seems to lead me to believe a 59 would fit.

My 59cm Serotta road bike fits in the clam shell case. I don’t know why a tri bike would be any different, as the bars are sorta laid out flat. Having said that, they have changed the case recently.
I have the Serfas case, which is a bit like the ironCase if I remember right. It barely fit my 60m Cannondale road bike. Some creative maneuvering had to be done so the case could be closed without the seat tube trying to poke out the side.
My 62 cm road bike (compact geometry) fits in the Trico. You could always just take the crank off - that will give you a lot of extra room if you need it.
