Maybe something overseas, but if you are US based it’s illegal to bet over the internet, as evidenced by the recent seizures/arrests related to online poker (Which is somewhat of a gray area, but “pure” gambling such as blackjack, roulette, etc. have never been legal in the US via websites.)
There have been some attempts to legalize sports betting over the 'net, and there are foreign based companies that will take US bets, but you do run the risk of prosecution. Slim risk, much like mp3 downloading, etc., but still a risk.
