Bethesda, Maryland Pools?

I will be in Bethesda, Maryland next week. Does anyone have any suggestion where I can get in some swim training? I will be right by the National Institutes of Health.

There is also a YMCA on Old Georgetown Rd. I used to swim there and you could probably swim with the Masters class on M, W, F nights from 8:15 to 9:45 pm if you wanted. If the weather is nice, you can lap swim in the outdoor pool too.
