Best Tri Bike for Long Legs, Short torso

So what do you do if you have long legs but a short body?
A comfortable and powerful position is around 76 degrees with your ears just behind your elbows but it’s hard to “reach over” ones knees so your aerobar pads rest on your forearms and you seem quite upright (even with a reasonable drop to the aerobars)
Any thoughts?

check out Elite / www.elitebicycles.com and for not too much extra you could even get a custom fit; other bikes that may work are Guru, poss. Litespeed and Trek avoid Cannondale, Felt as they have a long top tube

I have/had the same issue. Went with a custom yaqui (~62 seat tube / ~57.5 top tube). 76 degrees (although I ride it a little steeper).

Another option is to look down a size in seat tube. Compact frame’s may be a option as well. That’s what I have for my road bike.

I did what scott did.

I went custom as well. 59cm seat and 55 top tube with 76 angle. When you are tall with short torso this is the hardest fit for a stock bike.

There isn’t a single right answer, but I bought a Litespeed Blade that I’m loving. I’m 6’4" w/ long legs… I bought the 61.
