E-118 is too small - the large named size is really a medium as it’s intended for UCI positions. Would not be as stable as your other options
BMC TMO1 L would be fine with flat cockpit, not excessive spacers to get your stack
P5 would be good for stability, but you would have the riser fairly high
Note that tilting would raise the riser ~1mm per degree
