I’m going to be spending a lot of time over the upcoming weeks in Scottsdale and wondering if there are any hotels that have quality pools or are near good pools as I’ll be tight on time. Also, a decent gym would be nice too.
Most of the 24 hour fitness’ have good pools and they are pretty centrally located. As far as hotels, most of them dont have lap setup as far as I know as they’re designed for lounging. PM me if you want more specific details, did my undergrad there and know the area pretty well.
The Westin Kierland has a nice outdoor lap pool.
This is one of my favorite PHX area places to stay. Keirland Commons is just a short walk away and there’s easy driving access to Camelback and Pistiesta Peak for trail running. I’ll be going back in May. Have fun.
The Westin at Kierland and the Sanctuary on Camelback would both fit your needs.
Both are in great locations, have a lap pool and have nice gyms.
When I’m in Phoenix for work, I use the Lifetime Fitness in Scottsdale. It’s very nice, clean, and I’ve never seen more than 1 person in the 4 lane lap pool.

JW Marriot Scottsdale Camelback has a salt water lap pool outside heated open 24 hours 2 lanes 25 Meters it is awesome
Lots of places to run and a huge cycling community I saw them every morning on my way to my meetings.
