Which 11 speed cassettes work best with Shimano (from other companies, that is)?
Thanks.
For that matter, which other companies make 11 speed cassettes?

None that I know of. Searching through QBP the only 11 speed Shimano Compatible cassette they sell is a Shimano DA cassette. I doubt that any third party cassettes will show up for a bit, after all it was unleashed like 4 months ago and there isn’t really a market for tons of 11sp cassettes yet. Even then I wouldn’t buy them because my experience has told me that they all suck more than shimano cassettes.
On that note: SRAM RED vs. Dura-Ace. 10 speed. Thoughts?
The new Red cassettes are really nice, dead silent and super light but again the shimano cassettes shift better. (SRAM can’t use similar designs due to patent’s is my understanding) The “positive” shifting feel of SRAM chains and cassettes is just the chain clunking its way around the gears. I run Shimano Ultegra cassettes and chains on my SRAM Rival bike because it shifts better that way… like butter it is a beautiful thing.
There are those who prefere the “positive” shifting feel, I don’t understand how you can like feeling when you shift. Do you like it when you can really feel the shifts in your car transmission?
