Has anybody seen one of these aluminum hydration bridges bent before?
I’m not 100% sure how it got bent, but in this shape the bridge is unusable as it makes my bta bottle way too shakey/unstable.
Does anybody else have a good/clean bta solution for a wing 20c+ bar?

Wow, never seen that before. I’m guessing there was some slop in the clamping due to tolerance build up or fastener loosening…either that or you’re filling your bottles with bird shot.
I’ve been using the HC mount (below) for years with no issues. It’s cheap and works well. I put some silicone rescue tape around the extensions at the mounting points to prevent slippage and paint scratches.
Good idea I can probably add some zip ties to the aero bars to help. And I had used a long bolt and spacer so that could have contributed to the bending.
