Automated Training Plans

I’m looking for options for training plans that are relatively automated. At this point, I might do a triathlon or two during the summer, but cycling and running will be my focus for this year. My wife only likes running so a few races with her through the year are likely. For myself, I’ll be adding in gravel and road races. What are the good options out there?

My wife is trying out 2Peak. It’s her first time trying anything other than the generic “run x miles a day” paper plan. I took a look at Athletica, but it looks like the focus is on triathlon as the A race. (kept playing after I posted this and I may be wrong about this last comment). Suggestions?
