What bikes would Atlas Rockefeller’s poorer relative use? A strongish cyclist who cannot afford the top of the line bikes? Steep and stiff and not concerned very much with frame weight bikes?
Thanks.

give me a price range.
Build up a second hand Softride Classic.
Dual if you can find one.
I saw this years S32 this past weekend and thought it looked like a good bike.
How 'bout the $2000-$3000 range?
Perhaps framesets under $1,000.00? So, maybe $2,000.00 plus or minus for the whole bike. Maybe this could be a new category for your bike picker.
(I found what might be a crack on the top back side of my used QR PR7 so I might have to start looking for a replacement. I weigh right at 200lbs.)

“$2,000.00”
okay, you ride very hard, you’re very strong, you podium at nats, you go to worlds, but cost IS an object. so far, i’ve seen $2k, and $2k to $3k. you’re a power rider, you’re hard on your bikes.
the p2c is a big, fat slab of carbon, as skinny monocoques go. that’s $3k. buy the bike and shut up.
the equinix 9.5 is a bigger, fatter, slab of carbon. but it’s $3500, so a bit out of the range, but the ultimate tri frame for the guy who keeps destroying is bikes.
closer to $2k? you can’t get a beefy carbon tri bike. you can get a less beefy carbon sort-of tri bike in a kuota k-factor for $2k complete, but if what you want is a pretty solid, well-built, good geometry, tri bike, i’m thinking giant trinity alliance, the lower priced one, that’s a steal at $2k. i haven’t ridden the bike, but from what i understand it’s actually stiffer in the lateral plane than the all carbon much more expensive trinity all-composite.
Thanks. (Although I do not podium at my local TTs let alone worlds.)
