Please share any insights to AG1 (Athletic Greens) or any alternative to this that you use. I am looking for something daily. Thank you!
You can buy a lot of spinach, carrots and broccoli for the price of their powder, so I just eat vegetables with my meals, but I’m curious as well.
was using this to help me get my greens but with shipping/tax and whatever it was ~$90/month. Now using Gnarly Nutrition Performance Greens and there are some differences in composition the cost difference is significant. I don’t think the Gnarly stuff tastes as good (my subscription is for the Lemon/Mint) but ymmv
edit - worth mentioning that the gnarly stuff doesn’t “need” to be refrigerated which makes it much easier for me when travelling.
theres other options out there that are much cheaper that are essentially the same thing.
also at one point AG didnt have any 3rd party testing avail for heavy metals. may not be a big deal to some, but when i learned about other companies that do i cancelled my sub with them and swapped.
im currently using ora organics.

Bought a month of it. Didn’t notice a single thing.
Then I started using a probiotic which is $30/month and that has way more noticeable changes for me.
After reading that First Endurance article on the Front page, I’d rather spend that extra $50 on Optygen.
F2C Nutrition’s Pharma Greens (https://www.f2cnutrition.com/items/pharma-greens/) is a similar product, and they have a ton of research behind their products, and do testing above and beyond most other companies in the industry to ensure that label claims are supported, and that the raw materials are what they say they are. I’ve used this product for years, first thing in the morning, and find it a great addition to eating lots of vegetables. I know that AthelticGreens have made heavy sponsor pushes with triathletes for the last 12 months or so, but haven’t looked to see if their product comes remotely close to F2C’s.
