Are you only looking for an indoor pool? If so, you can go to the Panellinios athletic club, which has an indoor pool, see photos at http://www.panelliniosac.gr/index.php?option=com_phocagallery&view=category&id=2&Itemid=275

There are much more outdoor pools though. You can see a list at http://www.fa3.gr/diefth_fa_ypepth/greek-swimming-pools.htm (website is in Greek though).
Worth noting that in all of the pools I have visited though, you will need a recent note from a cardiologist and dermatologist otherwise they will not let you swim.
The google translation of that page is probably the most “life in Greece” thing I’ve read. A gynaecologist certificate too?!?
That said, you can likely get away without the “usually” required registration documents with a few extra euros.
