The felt covering is separating from the foam of the armpad. Any ideas on how to fix?
Buy some replacement ceegee pads. You will not regret it.
I tried all manner of fixes before I did that, but you just can’t get the tension and adhesion. The CeeGees were a massive upgrade and when I got my new bike I had pre-ordered the CeeGees to fit that before I even had a ride on the stock.

Culprit reached out and is taking care of the issue even though the pads are out of warranty. Awesome company! The cups have ben super comfortable and a fraction of the price of comparable products.
