Arm rest (longer style) options for TT bike

Yes.

We have tracked down a “person of interest”

These pads belong with my Asc43 extensions not with those things

Darn it!

I came here to guess it was Froome who did you dirty

Only to find you posted a picture of the **Culprit **

See what I did there?

:joy:

I very specifically used the term “person of interest”.
I would never accuse him
He is actually a REALLY nice guy.

lol I went off your hint of 7 grand tour wins and googled that with your team name

Lol

I’m looking at this same combo- 52asc bars with tririg closed cup armrests… do you need to angle the armrests to avoid contact with the bars? How much do you think? @cyclenutnz i thought I saw you post about this as well, but I can’t find it now.

PD now offer a 2.5deg wedge for fine tuning the pad angle relative to the grip.
Which can be for comfort, or for avoiding interference.

The summary description on that page appears to be copied from the larger wedges, not applicable to these ones.
2.5deg is the highest increment that doesn’t compromise the bolts and cups for PD product - not tested on anything else.

I don’t think that 2.5 degree wedge is enough to angle the pads adequately on asc43/53 extensions

Might try the Fouriers wedges instead

How are you holding the extensions? The rise on those extensions isn’t particularly high. A 10 or 15 wedge will have your hands well above the grips.
