Argon 18 Nitrogen - tire clearance?

Any Nitrogen owners out there?
Any chance anyone can tell me if a HED Jet+ (black) wheel with a 23mm Conti 4000SII will fit? Pretty wide rim and the tire balloons out a lot on it…
Thx!

I have access to a Nitrogen and I own a HED 6 Plus (not black) with a conti TT. Is that close enough ?

Not sure how wide the tt is? Any info helps though, thx!

I tried with a conti TT. There is about 3mm each side clearance, tire and frame so I suspect you would be OK there
Lots of clearance between tire and the cable that goes across
The brake pad/track is pretty close but I can ask a Product manager from maximum rim width

Thx!
I figure I can always file down brake pads for extra space.

Product manager says you will be fine with the GP4000/23

possibly “flash evo black Prince pads. And remove a spacer on the brakes”

Hi

I have recently paired my Ar 18 Nitrogen size L with a Prime Black Ed. 38 wheels on Conti GP 4000 II 25mm /pumped on 85 psi is exactly 27,5mm wide as the rim/
The rim has 27,5mm of width. Brake track has a 4mm clearance i relation to rear chainstays, the same clearance applies for the tire and the chainstays.
There is however around 2.5mm space between the seatstay and the tire, which is still fine for riding. Both TRP brakes have plenty of clearance with the thinner 1mm spacer and there is no contact between a brake shoe and the fork.

Hope it helps
