Hi folks, I have exchanged my bike with one guy for beautiful new Argon 18 E-119 TRI frame. But, when I have started to assmble the bike, I saw that one small part is missing, it is called brake wedge, part number 80269, you can sse it in the picture:
I have contacted Atrgon 18 and also some dealers in the region, I have looked at the web (I-Ride and other sites) and I cannot find it anywhere, neither the part or the whole brake.
Do you have maybe any suggestions where I can find it?
My experience with Argon customer service as been very good. They replied within 2-3 days with part # and local dealer. Good luck and enjoy your new ride!
What state are you in? If you’re on instagram dm pfits. He’s a top notch tri fit specialist in California and a argon dealer. He’ll get you whatever part you need. Hope this helps!
Just want to add to add that I am also very happy with my local Argon dealer.
Based on bad experiences with previous bikes I ordered several of the custom pieces on my e-117 tri to make sure I have them as spares while the frame is still in production (seat clamp wedge, drop out etc). Shipped to me in less than a week, no questions asked and at a fair price.
