I’ve been with PF for awhile and was wondering if you guys recommend any sandals that have a reliable arch support for around the house and pool. ie. crocs chacos?
The cork bed in Birkenstocks work well for pts with plantar fasciitis. Some like Chacos if they fit, but they seem to not work as well for people with low arches. I would not recommend the “Croc” type shoes for true plantar fasciitis (may be OK for other causes of inferior heel pain though)
My wife swears by FitFlops for helping her PF. I don’t have PF, but I have a pair, and they are really comfortable…a little gay looking, but no more so than crocs IMHO.
