Arch pain massager

Never had this before. Just started and seems to be intermittent and pain level is up and down too. Only in my left foot.

Want to try some stretching and maybe massaging ball/product before seeing doc/physio.

I went to look for something on amazon, but there are so many damn products, I’m not sure what to go with.

Can someone point me towards something that they use/like?

I put a foot wrong going up a step last week and immediately got a nasty cramp through the bottom of my foot - it even curled my toes up weird

I just rolled it around while standing on a tennis ball and after a little while, it felt fine
.

I’ve had success with using a percussion massager (like Hypervolt) on plantar fascsciitis in early stages, and now routinely use it as a quick foot warmup before runs. I used the foam ball attachment

I highly recommend the arch massager at alleviatetherapy.com. I used to use the little spiky balls(which are still pretty good), but the arch massager is much better.

I rolled with a frozen water bottle while sitting at my desk.

Once I started rehab for my ankle surgery (peroneal tendon repair), I was getting really bad cramping in my arch. I tried rolling the area on different objects (tennis ball, frozen water bottle, little spikey ball meant for PF, etc….). Ultimately, those helped a little bit but what helped the most was finding out I had significant weaknesses in the muscles of my foot/ankle. The stronger those became, the less my arch cramped

A baseball or lacrosse ball work great for me.
