Does anyone drink apple cider vinegar mixed with water? Are the health benefits noticeable or is this a bunch of tosh? Thanks

A douchebag walks into a bar and the bartender says:
“What’ll ya have douchebag?”

“Apple cider vinegar & water”

Allegedly it helps with sinus issues. Curious if this is true Not sure why I posted it on this forum as its not about Cervelo or Lance.

+1. Great home remedy for athlete’s foot whereas over the counter ointments didn’t.
I take 1-2 tablespoons a day mixed with water to help with my acid reflux. You have to use the apple cider vinegar that contains the “mother”. I use the Braggs brand.

Yo Mama…up in a tree giving it up to "Mr T " is the punch line when she’s not in the house giving it up to Mickey Mouse

There are definetly some wild claims regarding the use of Apple Cider Vinegar, from curing Acid Reflux, allergies, etc.
Is it true? who really knows. Overall, there hasn’t been a great deal of research behind these claims, but there was a study I came across that showed improved blood glucose levels in people who used ACV.
I think it is one of those things you have to try for yourself to see if there is any benefit. I did read that too much can damage the enamel in your teeth.
If it tastes bad, its probably good for you. If it tastes good, it will either make you fat or an alcoholic.
Some gout sufferers swear by it. I just started taking it yesterday
fantastic

True. Good way to reduce the damage is to use a straw to get it past the teeth. Yes a little will be in the mouth but the majority will go on down by passing the teeth and reducing the amount of damage that may occur.
