Recovering from a running injury over here. Anyone use a Lever on a treadmill to gradually return to running?

Yes! I had meniscus surgery last year, used an alter g initially, then bought a Lever system . I love it!!

Yeah, loved it. Amazing tool to use post injury in order to get back into running.

I bought one, partly because I’m a gear nerd but also to help my wife rehab after pregnancy/birth. Great tool, and the company is always adapting/tweaking their products to make them more intuitive. I’d say it does about 90% of what an Alter G does at like 2% of the price

A bit spendy initial purchase, but worth it to me considering the benefits and savings by not visiting the physio as I can rehab and prehab at home.
I figure in the US our messed up health care system skews our accepting of higher ticket price items that can keep us out of said system.

Can’t recommend Lever enough. Love using it and have had awesome interactions with the company themselves. Will likely use it frequently this winter (at the gym that has one!) just to help the run volume and avoid ice. Wish I had my own treadmill set up!
