Must be something about Lotuses.

I guy I knew in Denver had a Lotus Elan. He was in the process of divorcing his wife. She dropped about five bricks off the balcony of their tenth-story apartment on to the car. 3/16" of fiberglas does not stand up to a brick at terminal velocity.

Another buddy of mine bought the car from the insurance company for about 10 cents on the dollar and fixed it up.
