The Ritchey one bolt system sucks ass. It won’t clamp my seat rails properly
I agree, I hate this system.
Try KCNC Majestic, available in two lenghts, and zero or 25 mm setback.
Or Woodman IT, but those are discontinued I think.
BOth of theses systems work well with any kind of saddle rails.

On an aero post I take it? (So just a new/different seatpost won’t do)
I’ve got that setup on my Fuji track bike. It’s been solid for me, but other folks with the same bike (and there seem to be a lot) have issues.
Probably doesn’t need to be said but just in case - if you have carbon (or some fizik, or possibly others) rails then the stock 1 bolt system they spec on bikes probably doesn’t fit properly. On Ritchey’s website they sell the toppers in 7.7, 8x8.5 and 7x9.6 for different size rails - they definitely don’t make that clear.
I probably have never had any issue because I always use cheap saddles
It would help if the OP specified the ISP shape and size…

Oops.
Well not that it would be much help but round and I’m unsure the size off the top of my head
Most of the models I sent are for round 34.9 mm diameter ISP.

I know some older Scott Addict models with ISP had a smaller diameter, hence more difficult to source a seat mast model.

Ty for the help

I’ve got two of their WCS1 bolt posts (not toppers) on different bikes. No slippage at all. But mine are on alloy rails. Any chance that your saddle has carbon rails? If so, you need one of these https://us.ritcheylogic.com/us_en/wcs-carbon-1-bolt-seatpost-clamp
No aluminum
