I added Max to my Amazon prime account this weekend to watch Milan San Remo. I wasn’t able to watch it live but figured I’d just watch a replay. No luck…it doesn’t even show up with a search. Any ideas?
I’ve not been able to determine which races they choose / will archive and when the do so - I enjoy catching up on some of the XCO/XCC races while on the trainer, but the search for and results are hit and miss.
You generally have to search “Cycling” or “UCI”…from a result that is or looks like a race, you’ll get leads to other races in “More from Max…” A search will not yield results based on recency or significance
For some reason the catalog of 2024 races is robust, but can only really be found through a circuitous search avenues - can’t find anything from 2025.
I don’t know if it’s different if you get MAX through Prime, but I can see the replays in the MAX app on my phone & tablet through the “B/R Sports” menu
That is much more helpful - Max through Prime is relatively dysfunctional. The upcoming works fine, but he archived stuff is for all intents and purposes, lost.
Lesson - get the Max app, maybe?
So it looks like the prime app has a hobbled version of the Max app. Like Yutaka, I can see 2024 stuff in a search but not 2025.
So I downloaded the Max app (per the implications you all made) and it turns out you can connect it to the prime app. once I did that I could see everything!!
