i have a specialized front tubular with conti sprinter i would let go for cheap if you live in the chicago land aera.

Don’t have an Hed H3, but I do have a new Stinger 90 front and Vittoria Corsa Evo-CX tire

I can properly glue the tire if you want, 2 coats of glue on the rim and tire…
