…to wager against Lance. My money’s on him. Any takers for a gentleman’s bet?
No bets, but I am wondering how people are already putting the race “In the bag”.
Maybe I’m showing my “Road Race Ignorance” again but Lance is only up 4-5 minutes on a good deal of his main competitors. That doesn’t seem like a large gap considering there are 11 stages left.

Anything can still happen but as they say, it ain’t over until it’s over.
But after todays’ stage he certainly looks like he’s back in the driver’s seat.
yes, its a long way. and as lance himself says, anything can happen. he’s been extremely fortunate the past 6 years to not experience significant injury or illness. he still needs that bit of luck. but barring anything of that sort, he will kick ass.
