Boulder used to have a full, right? Could they bring it back? I’ve done Boulder 70.3 and enjoyed it. Sorry…I’m from UT and jonesing for another “local” race since they pulled SG…both full and half.
Is the rumour that Tremblant is in the running still true? Or are we counting that as (North) American?
No need to wait until next week for that. I can already tell you right now that that’s Chattanooga ![]()
Top is Lucky Peak in Boise and bottom is SG
hahaha, id be down for that. Though if they are announcing the final four it looks like Chatt is out. Of the 4 it seems are going to be in the finals I’d prefer St G or Madison.
Maybe someone could create a poll of the 4 spots for over the weekend?
Without giving away the other three, Chattanooga was still in the running two weeks ago.
Also still in contention. St. George is not.
Think he was referring to ‘2017’? ![]()
Dang, I loved St G 70.3 WC. I was absolutely terrible on that course, not suited for me. But I loved the venue, experience and location. Chatt and Madison both would get me to travel around the world to chase a slot bc no way in hell will anyone not FP get a rolldown in NA for those.
Everyone loved St. George…but the PGA dollars won the day.
Did you do one of the races pictured in your email? I did Wisconsin this year and got the Madison photo one
Would be cool because I’m local, but that course leaves a lot to be desired that time of year. (Shade, mostly)
This announcement may be for the St. George replacement, stay tuned.
Such a tease Bryan. I cant wait til monday.
Same. My kingdom for a full-distance race within a day’s drive.
If you still live in Jackson Hole, afraid you are SOL.
It’s in the Southwest.
I can do a two-day drive!
I’m wondering if the emails were gendered? I received the same as Stella.
(Stella sorry I don’t know you and don’t mean to assume either way.)
Yeah, I did IM StG in 2022.
So if I’m making things up and jumping to conclusions:
Next 70.3 WC’s is in Chattanooga
New Ironman coming to Vegas
New 70.3 coming to Provo (I just made this up after looking at a map randomly)
