Sounds like a killer race. How hard is that hill in the middle? Are the beaches nice?
I was thinking about Korea as well. We just opened a new distributor there. Maybe I can write it off as a business trip 
The race course for last year was in a completely different part of Korea to the one talked about in Andrea’s race report (2002), so don’t take that report as a description of anything to do with the race!
2004 will be in the same location as 2003 (Seogwipo city, JeJu Island)
I’m planning on it as well as I am based in Tokyo for the next few years.
The race is not on mainland Korea though - It’s on an island about 150km south according to the website.
