Any Vote results yet?

one would think they would post the results on the propositions after a week
.

According to the bylaws (which the board follows on occasion), the vote totals are to be announced by March 15. But because the board ignored other parts of the bylaws in order to game the system, both propositions are cinches to pass.

The real issue is not whether the propositions pass, but whether the board has enough horse sense to s— can #2 in order to save #1. Their record in not encouraging, of course, but I’m always willing to be surprised.

Would proposition #2 even be valid if it were to pass? I would think there would be a good argument to challenge the validity, since we never saw the text of the amendment until a couple of weeks after the ballots were mailed out.

Oh, I think there is clearly a winning argument - but that would be meaningful if and only if (a) the board tries to maintain its validity and (b) someone was willing to hire an attorney to challenge in court. If no one steps forward . . .
