Does anyone make a running shirt for hot weather with a small rear pocket?
Over the winter I’ll run in cycling jackets and love having the rear pocket to stuff gloves/hats in when it warms up.
Now that the weathers getting hot I’d love to find a warm weather shirt that has a small rear pocket I can use to store some small fluids and such instead of having to wear a fuel belt.

I have one from Nike.
I wouldn’t put drinks in it, but it will hold a gel and some keys.
Try using a snug fitting cycling jersey. I always use a medium Gore Bike Wear short sleeve cycling jersey (over a long sleeve compression top for cooler weather) for my runs. The rear pockets are snug against my low back, so, whatever I put in there doesn’t bounce around.
Check out the Prima Classic Top from Kiwami. http://www.kiwamitri.com/shop/prima-classic-top_4-116.html. Wouldn’t go any other way. Traditional zipper in the front for cooling, and nice back-pocket that is very snug. Like others have said, I would put your liquids into some sort of small flask, and goes without saying, demo whatever solution you come up with in training.
I have a Desoto loose tank in blue with 2 rear pockets – at least a couple of years old. I don’t use them a lot, but when I have the need they are invaluable.
This. And I can never figure out how some triathletes can run with so much junk in the jersey back pockets - and not be bothered by all the bouncing. That would totally ruin my run.
