Not “kosher salt” as in the type of salt, but salt tablets/capsules/shots/any other way of ingestion which is certified Kosher according to Jewish law.

I’ve no experience, but:
-Gatorade is coming out with Kosher-certified products (thirst quencher and G2). They are supposed to be out in 2010 but I’m not sure if they are out yet.

Unless you are planning a full-distance or a really hot half, you probably don’t need salt tabs. I do a lot of races and have never used them. I looked at the Gu website and them saying “kosher certified” isn’t enough for me. Unless they produce a hashgacha certificate from a reliable source or have a reliable hecksher on the package, I steer clear.
