Any links to how to get started on the Golden Cheetah “train” mode? I’m totally lost!
It depends on what workout you want to do. I’ve been doing the Sufferfest videos in there, so it takes some figuring out to set up the video player, download the erg files and put the SF videos into the correct folder. If you’re just doing manual mode, you can download any of the available erg files, choose the data fields you want to be shown during training, connect the ANT devices you are going to use and train away. Make sure you have closed the ANT agent before trying to use the devices in GC. I’m not sure that helped at all because your question was pretty open ended.
They are spinning off trainer into its own program from what I understand, but for now close ant agent,put in an ant+ usb,open the GC trainer window provided the devices are already paired and workouts downloaded or created.select a workout out,press play and prepare for pain
