ANT+ Speed/cadence sensor that's held by O rings?

I like the Garmin GSC 10 I have a lot. It stays very well on my chain stay and is reliable. However, it is held by zip ties which makes moving it from bike to bike annoying. Is there a comparable sensor (ANT+) that works as well but is held by O rings?

I think that Bontrager makes one, but that may only be a speed sensor.

I used the cadence mount plate of my old Cateye cyclometer. I first attached it to the Garmin GSC 10 with coated wire. Then use the O ring to attach to whatever chainstay. Very secure.

I like that. I may look for a mount plate.

After wrestling with the same issue for awhile, I just sprang the $30 to buy a second one. Beats the heck out of moving widgets back and forth all the time. I’d highly recommend this as a solution.

The widget would rarely move, hence my looking for an alternative solution. This being said I appreciate the simple solution  Just like I had to order a Movestick mini since I can’t find my Garmin ANT stick (you can bet on it surfacing as soon as I unwrap the replacement).

Bontrager Sensor.

same, wasn’t worth the hassle, have 3 of them now
.

I picked up the motorola speed and cadence sensor off of Amazon for like $30. It uses the o rings to hold it in place. I use it with my 310XT and it has been great.

Funny… I came here today to update my thread to say I just stumbled upon that Motoral sensor for $30 and got one, since the old Cateye sensors I had also used zip ties. I just ordered one.

Now I’m happy: three bikes, all set (soon) with cadence magnets and wheel magnets (I have one in every rear wheel). The Garmin sensor is zip tied to my road bike and I can move the other sensor between the TT and cross/commuter bike (and if I really cared, maybe later, to the track bike after I pick up an extra cadence magnet—though I don’t use a computer on the track).

Yeah. Much better pricing than dcrainmaker’s find, the Bontrager. Funny how Motorola can price things right… I need them to make a soft HR strap too

I’d be curious about the Motorola one and if it works for you.

I picked one up for testing (since saw they were cheap as well) - but noticed it’s been super finicky for me. It doesn’t work unless I get it (the arm) in exactly the right spot (the arm wiring appears to be sketchy). I ordered mine back in June. Kinda gave up on it and went back to Bontrager. It’s not a magnet thing, but rather something with the arm positioning. odd.

Strangely though, they appear near identical (as in, made in same place).

I know… They look EXACTLY the same, and also look like the exact same form factor as the Wahoo Fitness Bluetooth sensor (obviously, different config inside—heck, it could be the same chip, just in BTLE mode).

I’ll let you know. It better works! If not, I’ll have to hack a DSC-10 or go Bontrager.

I haven’t had any issues with mine, so hopefully yours works just as well.
