Has anyone been swimming out at Half Moon Lake? Any idea what the water temperature is like this year?
It’s fantastic. My wife and I swam in Silver Lake today without wetsuits. It was fine. It’s actually too warm to swim comfortably in a wetsuit now.

Since I don’t own a wetsuit, that is great news.
It would be even better news if the water was 78 and no one else could wear a wetsuit either, but I doubt that would happen.

Spring mill pond and Trout lake were both over 70 degrees today. I would guess that Half moon lake would be nearly the same. I’ll probably be out there tomorrow.

It’s been really cold here this spring so I’ve been a little worried, especially after your troubles last week in cold water.
Glad you waited until this year to move as you were an excellent guide at my first ever tri at the Ann Arbor Tri last year.
