Looks like things are coming together nicely for American Zofingen on 10/23. So who else is going to be out there racing? I, for one, will be out there hoping to finish in one piece. John
I checked out the link to the race. http://www.americanzofingen.triathletesonline.com/ Short Course consisting of 5miles of trails with a 30 mile bike (Hilly) and to finish off with another 5 mile trail run. Long Course: 5 miles of trail with an 80 mile bike (3 loops) and a finish run of 15 miles. What a race planned in such a great area of New Paltz. Are any of these runs on the same trails for SOS? I did SOS several years ago and I couldn’t believe how beautiful this area of NY is. Good luck and I may consider doing the short course. The long course looks like a killer.
