Alltricks.com is a scam?

Hi team,

They seem like a scam to me and I was wondering, if I am unlucky or if they are just a fake scam shop.

After my order took them a month to do anything and then they sent a random shirt. Since I try to contact them about it there has been radio silence except for a random email that has XXX as placeholders in them.

Again, it seems like a scam to me and please be warned.

Alltricks is part of Decathlon group, it has actual physical shops in Europe (France at least at my knowledge). Personally never had issues with them, but within Europe. Hope you manage to sort it out.

Ps.: Hope it was note a fake copy of their real web site.

With a name like Alltricks, I’m surprised you didn’t get redirected/ShangHai’d to a p0rn site

I double checked and I am confident it is the official website. The order message came from alltricks.com and support automated replies from alltricks.fr.

I did shopping at alltricks occasionally before, no problems
ordering from Germany, company located in France

Thank you for the input. It appears that they are legit and there is hope… Given it takes almost a month to send out an order, maybe I just have to wait a month for them to respond to their mistake.

Have more than 20 orders on alltricks, have also buy a bike without any issue.
It’s the biggest online bike shop in France, a very legit website (it also belong to decathlon as other mentioned)

There was a major hack recently though, resulted in phishing mails.

Alltrick is the number one in france. 100% sure is safe. Now, are you sure that your order was is for Alltrick website and not a fake?
Is easy to contact by phone or mail.

Yeah, I use all official channels. The website inquiry form and email. It looks legit to me and that they sent something makes it unlikely it is from a fake website. Either way, they keep ignoring me to this day and I do not know what to do. A first step is reporting them to my bank as a scam.

For two weeks now they have said they return the money, but they just do not do it. Scam behaviour from the book “Scamming for Dummies”.

Correct! They finally acknowledged the mistake and said they return the money 2 weeks ago. Nothing is happening though. This is already more than 3 months of a process. Alltricks is the most unprofessional “offcial” shop I ever ordered from. It is shameful for Ironman really. Alltricks does not deserve to represent a brand like Ironman and I will never use them again.

I have ordered it to Germany as I have been travelling Europe. I live in Japan, though. It was meant to be a nice souvenir from Germany. Very sad that Alltricks had to mess it all up. As of today, they have stolen my money and not returned it.

The best I can do for now is warn friends, family and the internet of their malicious actions. Be warned :wink:
