There are lots of expensive, hard to find products that do this; however, this year I discovered SUAVE Swim and SPort 2 in 1 shampoo / body wash. I find it at Target and Kroger but it is marketed toward kids for summer.
It costs about 2$/bottle and smells yummy (orange, almost like baby aspirin)!
I really like the Gilette “Gentle Clean Shampoo & Body Wash”–it’s the only 2 in 1 that I’ve ever found that works well for both my hair and as soap.
And no, I don’t work for Gilette.
I know it’s not responding to your request, but why would you want to get that off of you? If you go around with that chlorine smell then people will know you’re a swimmer and respect you even more than they already do.

+1
Nathan makes a body wash product that you can also use on your hair:

I use that as soap, then use UltraSwim for the shampoo (seems to work better on the hair than the Nathan)

TriSwim…fantastic and natural ingredients for chlorine-out hair and body products.
I never buy anything special with chlorine removal properties…I just use any body scrub I can find, they all have worked. L’Occitane, drugstore brands, all of them have worked. I never thought of looking for a special product. hth
