i was wondering, when i training should i be in the aero position the whole time or just like 80% of the time?
Depends upon where you ride and where will you be racing. If you have steep hills you’d likely be better off sitting up. Some downhill decents are just too dangerous on aero bars as are sharp corners.
i train in the aero position 99% of the time because i race in it 99% of the time. the descent into keene in im lake placid would be the exception.
