With so many road bikes going to aero shaped handlebars (instead of the more rounded handlebars), has the clip-on aerobar market caught up at all? What clip-on aero bars will fit some of the flatter handlebar setups that are standard on many good road bikes these days?

I don’t think it’s possible with flat aero handlebars. Another ‘innovation’ that cost a lot, but delivers minimal speed gains especially for AGers, and instantly renders a super-high yield cheap add-on (clip on aerobars) impossible. Gotta love planned obsolescence.
The clip on bar market can’t catch up with this. Different shapes on every brand of road bar and not reinforced for clamps. It’s not on the radar at all to develop clipons for those bars.
PD has done it for brands that wanted to collaborate - it has to be planned from the beginning and even then it’s difficult.
