I am considering changing my aero bar set-up = Currently Angel’s on my p2k. I am looking at Profiles , Hed’s, vision tech, and Easton’s all in on setups.
I am trying powercranks and I am trying to adjust my position to allow me to increase my power output whilst remaining fairly aero.
Any opinions on the positives and negatives of each bar system terms of comfort, Aero dynamics, adjustablity, build quality, weight etc.
I got a new Oval Concepts A700 yesterday. It’s a very sweet bar at half the price of a Easton. It’s not carbon, that’s right but it’s lighter than some made out of carbon. If you lust for carbon fibre, go for it, it looks real cool. If you’re looking for performance, take a close look at the A700. It’s very ajustable, I played around and tried the widest, narrowest, shortest, longest arm-positions, it’s all you need!
All in all, it’s the best bang for buck in an aerobar I’ve seen in a long time, probably since the C2.
