Well, I have the oval clip-on’s… While back the pads flew off on the roof rack… So I made some pads out of this foamy stuff I found at Michael’s craft store… they work ok… but I want to make some out of some better neoprene-y stuff. The pads on the Hed bars seem to be out of a thicker neoprene. Anyone know the exact thickness ? Or maybe the model number so I can just get a sheet of this stuff from a manufacter ? Anyone see the thick neoprene-y stuff at Home Depot or similar stores? I have considered using a mouse pad… but those are thinner than what I want. Thanks for your help.
