hi everyone,
anyone care to share personal, non-scientific, totally subjective experiences with speed increases when upgrading from a 32-spoke to a deep section rim (say >50 mm)? i am getting closer to taking the plunge…just looking for a little push…(it seems criminal that i am riding a p2K with 32s 
i’ve surfed the web and seen lots of info on # of seconds saved per 40K…just wondering what others’ real-world experiences have been.
am esp. interested in experiences with zipp 404s.

My wife was consistantly faster on her P2K with Rolf Vector comps than with Hed Deep/CX. This makes no sense, not supposed to happen but did. The only thing we can figure is that she is quite light (110 lbs) and that she noticed the winds on the Heds but not the Rolfs and that slowed her down. I found my CH Aero disc cover with Hed CX/60 Jet/Campy Shamal to be noticeably faster than 32 sp.
