I want to get my wife a nice winter running jacket for the holidays. Any recommendations? I’d like to stay within a $100 budget. Thanks.
For rain or warmth? Visibility an issue (i.e., does it need to be neon)?
I would prefer wind and water proof, but relatively breathable (I know that’s hard to achieve all). I got a nice Asics jacket last year that seems to largely accomplish that.
