Hats off to Bike Lane in the Woodlands, TX area. the bike service i received was way beyond my expectation!! I wish the guys at my LBS were as classy as Ken and his crew at Bike Lane.

agreed. i was calling around looking for latex tubes (i live downtown) and These guys were willing to get them overnighted to me. i ended up finding some at shop here in town (Bike Sport), but that’s pretty awesome to bend over backwards for a customer they knew probably wouldn’t be back for a while due to distance.
that is right. they will probably never see me again either. I am just very impressed with their attitude towards their customers!!
Ken agreed to save my bike last minute even though he is swamped. Class act!
