so do you set up your computer in front of your bike - is it more like watching a movie is there a training benefit? i’ve considered downloading before but held off because of those questions.
A couple of studies have shown that just playing with the app doesn’t improve your fitness 
On a side note, it’s free…If you’re going to ride in the Alpes during the summer, or if you want to
look at the climbs during the Tour, Giro, etc. it’s really cool to be able to look at them in so much
detail.
