A question for running shoe manufacturers (Shawn?)

Why do you enjoy changing models/lasts so often?

Do they enjoy frustrating runners who buy 6+ shoes per year?

Haven’t they figured out “best practice” for running shoes?

Or…is it just a big ploy to reap more profits?

What % of specialty running shoe sales are to actual “runners”?

I don’t get it.

To ease my disappointment, I buy from RRS for their return policy. Only have sent back (2) pair in 2 years…both were only worn inside. However, I do have around $800 of runnning shoes with less than 50 miles each. Urghh.

Or…is it just a big ploy to reap more profits?

What was the tip off?
