Your crank looks huge! That sounded weird.

would like to hear a bit about the bike. It’s interesting to say the least.

Not mine… he’s actually spinning a smaller gear these days.

Those Brits are weird. Was that a 100km TT or something? Talk about bottles coming out of your ass …

I love DIY innovation! But…

I wonder: have you tested if these flat members will help when the yaw increases? My visual aerometer is sending off warning beeps when I look at this setup.

100km?? what sort of half-baked distance is that… ? It was the national 12 hour.

Do you have a chain catcher?

How do you keep your chain from coming off on the outside when you gear down?

Cool pics, how did the race go?

Again it’s not me…it’s Nik Bowdler the winner of the 12 hour national with 293 miles.

Is it run on an outdoor track or something enclosed? That is nearly 40k per hour for 12 hours. Doesn’t sound possible unless its pancake flat and no wind.

Normal roads… I think it was a bit of a windy day… the national record is 318.

Wow 12 x 1hr-1min 40km TT on 5sec rest. #fml

That’s some pretty sweet looking home made stuff on those pics. Love the behind the seat bottle holder idea.

for others, there was a 100 mile TT held recently. 3:45 didn’t get you in the top 3 fwiw.

nuckin futs!

Blackwell front wheel is a very odd choice.

Blackwell front wheel is a very odd choice.

Why is that? I remember examining one closely and noticing how similar the shape was/is to the wide aero rims of today.

Blackwell front wheel is a very odd choice.

Probably because it’s the deepest you can use, as the 1080 is fractionally too deep for english TT rules…

That’s a buttload of bottles.

On the plus side, their prostates are a-ok!

Any idea how many teeth on that bad boy?

Love the big tray cockpit faring thingy. I think that’s what it is called.
