Since Saturday my workouts aren’t being uploaded to Garmin Connect. I plug in the jump drive and it uploads everything, but it doesn’t show up on Garmin Connect. Any suggestions? The real problem is that I usually dump what is in GC into WKO so my coach can see it. I am currently unable to do that.

I have had that happen a couple of times too. What seems to fix it is to put in another workout and then try to upload again. Try a bogus workout and if it uploads just delete that one after the fact.
Already did it and nothing. I figured Saturday was a fluke, but now it didn’t upload today’s run either. I put in three or four bogus workouts and nothing.
got the same problem, shows it down loading and nothing shows up. acouple times it was down loading and frooze up, bar half way across screen. had to hold the off on button down for 16 sec to free it up but lost the workout
I frickin’ love updates. I had no phone for 4 hours on Saturday because they had an update for my HTC Droid. Unbelievable. I wish I could get paid for not doing my job correctly. Unbelievable.
Mine does that now too. Might not be the same issue, but one workout (a multi-sport event) is corrupt or something and now it hangs while trying to upload anything automatically. All new workouts transfer when connected, but nothing shows up in GC until I manually upload the new workouts, skipping the one that just gets stuck while “uploading…”. I haven’t figured out how to delete the one affected workout as it’s still uploaded in the GC “memory” for the 910, despite the fact that I’ve deleted it from the device.
Any chance you’re on windows vista or windows 7?
Do a manual upload and grab the files from c:/user/appdata/roaming/garmin/devices/“devicenumber”/activities. While you’re there, (and ONLY AFTER you get a successful upload of all your files) make sure that the activities/garmin connect/pending uploads file is empty. mstange - this should fix your problem - you’ll find the file that causing it to hang in that pending uploads file.
Don’t delete the multisport-it likely isn’t corrupt - save it somewhere you’ll have it for uploading later. There’s a known issue with the 910 and powertaps when you do a multisport. I’ve been told by tech support that the next garmin connect update is going to address this, and that it isn’t an issue with the file itself.
good luck, mine won’t do anything right. I’m better off using my old Forerunner 110. Garmin says I can send back and they’ll send a new one but it will take several weeks. Altimeter reads a solid line (0 elevation gain or loss) for all workouts. Open water swims are a joke. I uploaded the software upgrade and seems to have fixed my issue with connecting with the bike computer. So far I’m very dissapointed with this unit.
You’re right - the file isn’t corrupt. Strava saw it just fine. I actually uploaded the workout to GC a while ago by first uploading to Training Center, exporting each of the tcx files and uploading those individually (something else the OP might want to try?).
It was just bugging me that the workout was sitting there as a new Activity and causing new 910 auto uploads to hang. Deleting the file from Pending Uploads stopped auto uploads from hanging, but didn’t completely get rid of it from the list of Activities - I had to delete the .fit file from Device/Activities as well.
Not sure why I had a problem uploading the multi-sport file from Alcatraz, but no issues with Oceanside or other brick workouts? Anyway, FWIW, I’m using a Quarq.
I have been trying to find the files on my computer. That is how I would upload from my 310 to WKO. I can’t find the files in the c drive. I have done multiple searches and can’t find a thing. Any hints on finding it?
