that’s amazing…
I had thought of training to do a sprint tri swimming butterfly, but that’s feeble compared to 8 miles…
Q3. That is not normal.
Dan: Yes I know, I’m a total whack job.
LOVE IT!
That sounds like my own personal slice of Hell.
SWEET! That is all.
(girl who loves to watch a beautiful butterfly in action!)
.
8 miles butterfly is NUTS! But maybe something worth trying next time in the pool?
Thanks,
Dave…
That’s where you end up with when a lot of people jump in your lane at the pool, the ability to do 8 miles of 'fly.
Dave - if you meant that for me, um no - will do kick sets as punishment for sucky fly. Now 8 miles of back and yes my name is all over that! Fly, my days are sadly long gone. There are a few beautiful swimmers that do lap after lap fly where I swim, and just makes my day. Discovered happy hour at one of the pools, and all the guys do fly at some point…not 8 miles though.
,
8 Miles of fly would just be a warmup for Vicki Keith … Check this out.
I love the fly, when I don’t feel like doing 50’s, 100’s etc. for an hour or so I just do ten 50 fly’s and call it a day.

second that… love watching beautiful fly…it is just amazing!
