That’s a great story.
I guess that is one of the few great things about living here (other than no snow) is that I can be up in those sequoias in a hour or at the beach in 2.
yes, no mountains, but some good hills that seem merciless. every time i’m on a ride with marisol, mighttri, trigoneroadie, et al, i always say, “how the hell did i get myself into this”. still would rather run them than ride them though.

Well, maybe in a few years if I can find a job down there after I am done doing my job here. We are building a house here so we need to stay for a little while.

i had it wrong, i thought it was the 10th. (which is the day after my birthday–so the 4th is much better). i hope you can make it!! even if the weather is bad, we’ll still have a lot of fun.

This sounds like a great training goal, but maybe a little more ambitious than me @ the moment… I am planning on a 5K the day before for the Girls on the Run Cincy group.

well, there’s lot of running to do this winter. in fact, you might like The Frostbite Five over in fort thomas every Jan. 1. It’s a 5 miler, and is a good route–not overly crowded but lots of fun. I’ll be there would love to run it with you if you’re up for that. gives you plenty of time to get to 5 miles too.

awesome!!! you have to promise me not to yell at anyone, flip anyone off, or push any homeless people though. 
plus, you have to wear pants. personally, i don’t mind your naked ass, but others, well, i’m not so sure. see, cincinnati is pretty conservative. i’m not a native, naked butts don’t bother me.
I have some nice Assos tights that cover my rear quite well…it is the hole in the crotch that bothers some…
would that include a ST gathering and homemade spaghuetti sauce?
